Film tersebut berdasarkan pada novel tahun 1911 The Harvester karya Gene Stratton-Porter, yang sebelumnya diadaptasi ke dalam film bisu tahun 1927 berjudul sama. Film tersebut menampilkan Alice Brady, Russell Hardie, Ann Rutherford, Frank Craven, Cora Sue Collins dan Emma Dunn. Film tersebut dirilis pada 18 April 1936, oleh Republic Pictures.[1][2][3]
