Premis
Setelah pandemi virus yang secara global menghapuskan lebih dari 80% populasi dunia, kru yang berjumlah 218 orang dari Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat (U.S. Navy), berlayar dengan sebuah kapal fiksi bernama USS Nathan James (DDG-151), harus mencoba untuk menemukan obat vaksin, menghentikan virus, dan menyelamatkan peradaban manusia.[1]
