The Long Absence (bahasa Prancis: Une aussi longue absence) adalah film Prancis tahun 1961 yang disutradarai Henri Colpi. Film ini bercerita tentang Therese (Alida Valli), seorang pemilik kafe yang berkabung atas kehilangan suaminya secara misterius 16 tahun yang lalu. Seorang banci datang ke kota dan Therese pun menduga banci itu adalah suaminya, tetapi ia menderita amnesia dan Therese berusaha mengembalikan ingatan suaminya.
The Long Absence memenangi Palme d'Or bersama film Viridiana besutan Luis Buñuel di Festival Film Cannes 1961.[1]
