Latar Belakang

Ketika ditanya tentang pengaruh utama band, Mike Portnoy berkomentar bahwa mereka bekerja pada "rock klasik", dipengaruhi oleh Led Zeppelin, Cream, Jimi Hendrix, Grand Funk Railroad, serta artis baru seperti Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Black Crowes dan Lenny Kravitz.[1]
self-titled album debut band ini dirilis di Jepang pada tanggal 5 Mei 2013 melalui "Victor Entertainment", anak cabang dari "WHD Entertainment", dengan rilis di seluruh dunia pada 23 Juli 2013 melalui "Loud & Proud Records".[2]
