Theodoros I Laskaris (Yunani: Θεόδωρος Κομνηνὸς Λάσκαρις, diromanisasi: Theodōros Komnēnos Laskaris;[1] sek. 1175 – November 1221) adalah kaisar pertama Nicea (negara penerus Kekaisaran Bizantium) dari tahun 1205 hingga kematiannya. Meskipun ia lahir dari keluarga aristokrat yang tidak jelas, ibunya terkait dengan wangsa Komnenos kekaisaran. Ia menikahi Anna, putri bungsu Kaisar Alexios III Angelos pada tahun 1200. Ia menerima gelar lalim sebelum tahun 1203, menunjukkan haknya untuk menggantikan ayah mertuanya di atas takhta.
