Tikus dan Manusia atau Of Mice and Men adalah sebuah novella yang ditulis oleh John Steinbeck.[1][2] Diterbitkan pada 1937, karya tersebut mengisahkan tentang pengalaman George Milton dan Lennie Small, dua migran peternakan terusir, pindah dari suatu tempat ke tempat di California dalam mencari pekerjaan baru pada masa Depresi Besar di Amerika Serikat.[3][4]
