Timepidium bromida (INN) adalah suatu antikolinergik. Obat ini digunakan dalam pengobatan simtomatik spasmofili viseral.[1] Obat ini juga digunakan untuk meredakan nyeri yang terkait dengan berbagai gangguan gastrointestinal.[2] Nitrogen kuartener mencegahnya melewati sawar darah otak, sehingga obat ini bekerja secara perifer tanpa efek samping sentral.

Senyawa yang sama tanpa gugus metil kuartener dan eter metoksi disebut tipepidin.[3]
