Tindik Isabella adalah salah satu jenis tindik kelamin wanita. Tindik ini menembus bagian klitoris, mulai dari bagaian bawahnya—tepatnya di atas uretra—lalu menembus daging klitoris dan keluar di bagian atas tudung klitoris.[1]

Tindik Isabella pertama kali tercatat dalam majalah Piercing World Magazine nomor 17. Sebagaimana tindik kelamin lainnya, tindik ini tergantung kepada anatomi kelamin wanita yang ingin melakukannya.[1] Karena tindik Isabella menembusi klitoris, maka tindik ini termasuk berisiko tinggi karena ada ancaman kerusakan saraf sehingga amat jarang dilakukan.[1]
