Tokugawa Ieyoshi (徳川 家慶, 22 Juni 1793 – 27 Juli 1853) adalah shogun ke-12 dari Keshogunan Tokugawa dari Jepang.[1]

Ia adalah putra kedua dari shogun ke-11, Tokugawa Ienari, dan ditunjuk Mizuno Tadakuni untuk melakukan Tenpo reformasi.

Tak lama setelah kedatangan Komodor Matthew Perry, pada tahun 1853, yang tujuannya adalah untuk menegosiasikan sebuah perjanjian yang memungkinkan Amerika perdagangan dengan Jepang, Tokugawa Ieyoshi meninggal, dan digantikan oleh putra ketiganya Tokugawa Iesada.[2] Tahun berikutnya Keshogunan Tokugawa terpaksa menerima tuntutan Amerika setelah penandatanganan Konvensi Kanagawa.
