Thomas R. Frieden (lahir 7 Desember 1960) adalah seorang dokter kesehatan masyarakat dan penyakit menular Amerika Serikat. Ia menjabat sebagai presiden dan CEO Resolve to Save Lives, sebuah inisiatif lima tahun $225 juta untuk mencegah epidemi dan penyakit kardiovaskular.[1][2][3][4][5]
Ia adalah direktur Pusat Pengendalian dan Pencegahan Penyakit Amerika Serikat, dan ia menjadi administrator Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry dari 2009 sampai 2017,[6][7] yang diangkat oleh Presiden Barack Obama.[8]
