Tom Olii adalah seorang politikus Indonesia. Ia lahir di Gorontalo, Sulawesi Utara pada tanggal 17 Juli 1902. Ia masuk Majelis Syuro Muslimin Indonesia (Mastyumi). Pada masa pemerintahan Hindia Belanda, ia menjabat pada Pengurus Besar Muhammadiyah di Jogjakarta. Pada masa pembentukan Negara Indonesia Timur dan kemudian Negara Republik Indonesia Serikat, ia diangkat sebagai anggota DPR RIS sebagai wakil dari NIT.[1]
