Thomas Ross "Tom" Whitlock (20 Februari 1954 – 18 Februari 2023) adalah seorang penulis lagu dan musisi asal Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal atas lagu pemenang Golden Globe dan Oscarnya "Take My Breath Away, "dari film Top Gun, yang ia tulis bersama dengan Giorgio Moroder.[2]
