Touko Valio Laaksonen (8 Mei 1920 – 7 November 1991), yang lebih dikenal dengan pseudonim Tom of Finland, adalah seorang seniman asal Finlandia yang dikenal karena seni homoerotis yang sangat termaskulinisasi khasnya, dan karena pengaruhnya terhadap budaya gay akhir abad kedua puluh.
