Toni Kan

Anthony Kan Onwordi yang dikenal sebagai Toni Kan (lahir 11 Juni 1971) adalah penulis, editor, eksekutif manajemen hubungan masyarakat, dan guru Nigeria. Dia adalah penulis dari kumpulan cerita pendek, Nights of a Creaking Bed, yang dikenal karena mengeksplorasi tema seksualitas Afrika, dan diterbitkan oleh Cassava Republic Press (penerbit Nigeria seperti Teju Cole). Dia merupakan pemenang penghargaan NDDC/Ken Saro Wiwa literature prize, yang diberikan oleh Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), pada tahun 2009.[1]

Kan belajar sastra Inggris di Universitas Jos dan meraih gelar M.A di sastra Inggris di Universitas Lagos pada tahun 1999, lulus dengan predikat terbaik. Dia menjadi editor majalah pada usia 26 tahun.[2]
