Tonkotsu ramen
Tonkotsu ramen (豚骨ラーメン) adalah sebuah hidangan ramen yang berasal dari Fukuoka,[1] Prefektur Fukuoka, pulau Kyushu, Jepang, dan merupakan hidangan khas di Fukuoka dan Kyushu. Kaldu sup tersebut berbahan dasar tulang babi dan bahan lainnya, yang biasanya direbus selama berjam-jam, dan hidangan tersebut biasanya diberi dengan daging babi potong dan disajikan dengan mi ramen. Di Fukuoka, Jepang, tonkotsu ramen disebut sebagai Hakata ramen.
