Tony Anselmo (lahir 18 Februari 1960) adalah animator dan pengisi suara kartun. Sejak tahun 1985, ia menjadi pengisi suara Donal Bebek setelah kematian Clarence Nash. Dia sendiri dilatih oleh Nash untuk mensuarai Donal. Anselmo juga mengisi suara (bersama Russi Taylor) Kwik, Kwek dan Kwak sejak tahun 1999. Dia mensuarai suara keponakan Donal Bebek dalam film Mickey Mouse Works dan House of Mouse. (Taylor mensuarai suara keponakan dari Donal pada film Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas dan Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas.)
Anselmo juga telah bekerja sebagai pengisi suara dalam permainan Kingdom Hearts sebagai Donal Bebek, di mana terdapat Donal sebagai 3 karakter utama.
