Toyota 2000GT adalah sebuah mobil sport yang diproduksi oleh Toyota Motor Corporation sangat terbatas di Jepang. Pertama kali diperkenalkan pada Tokyo Motor Show 1965, produksi mobil tersebut dimulai 1967 sampai berakhir 1970. Mobil ini merupakan mobil revolusioner dari pabrikan Jepang, dari sebuah produsen yang dikenal produknya kurang menarik, tetapi kemudian dapat membuktikan bahwa orang Jepang juga bisa membuat sebuah mobil sport yang dapat menandingi rival mereka dari Eropa.

Hanya 351 unit saja yang berhasil terjual. Hal itu terjadi karena harganya yang sangat mahal, melebihi harga Porsche dan Jaguar saat itu. Kebanyakan terjual dalam warna merah dan putih.
