Tranmere Rovers Football Club adalah klub sepak bola profesional asal Inggris didirikan pada tahun 1884, dan berbasis di Birkenhead, Wirral. Awalnya dikenal sebagai Belmont Football Club, mereka mengadopsi nama mereka saat ini pada tahun 1885.

Mereka adalah anggota pendiri Divisi Tiga Utara pada tahun 1921, dan tetap menjadi anggota Football League hingga saat ini.
