Tuguran

Tuguran adalah tradisi dalam Gereja Katolik Roma yang mencakup puasa sampai 40 jam mulai Jumat pagi sebelum Paskah. Hari Sabtu tengah malam mereka berbuka puasa, dengan menyanyikan kidung rohani, membaca kitab suci dan melakukan ritual dengan roti dan anggur. Misa fajar pada Minggu Paskah merupakan salah satu bentuk tuguran.[1]
