Tulang ekor atau koksiks (bahasa Inggris: coccyx /ˈkɒksɪks/), atau disebut juga sebagai tulang sulbi, adalah bagian paling ujung dari kolom tulang belakang pada primata tak berekor. Terdiri dari tiga sampai lima vertebra (vertebra koksigeal) terpisah atau menyatu di bawah sakrum, tulang ini tersambung dengan sakrum oleh sendi fibrocartilaginous, simfisis sakroksigeal, yang memungkinkan gerakan terbatas antara sakrum dan koksiks.

Istilah koksiks pada awalnya berasal dari bahasa Yunani κόκκυξ dan bermakna "burung tekukur",[1] karena bentuknya seperti paruh tekukur yang melengkung jika dilihat dari samping.[2][3]
