Ultra Machine

Ultra Machine adalah sebuah mainan untuk bermain baseball yang dibuat oleh Nintendo dan dirancang oleh Gunpei Yokoi pada tahun 1967.[1]

Sejarah

Ini adalah bagian dari seri mainan Ultra Nintendo, yang mencakup Ultra Hand dan Ultra Scope.[1] Mainan ini meluncurkan bola-bola lembut yang harus dipukul dengan pemukul. Itu terjual lebih dari satu juta unit.[2] Di tempat lain, ini dirilis sebagai Slugger Mate.[3]

Versi lain yang dikenal sebagai Ultra Machine Deluxe dirilis pada tahun 1977.[4]

Permainan

Ultra Machine muncul dalam permainan WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! untuk Game Boy Advance dan WarioWare: Smooth Moves untuk Wii, sebagai pertarungan bos dalam yang pertama dan sebagai permainan mikro biasa dalam yang kedua. Itu juga muncul dalam beberapa permainan Mario Party seperti Mario Party 5. Ini juga muncul sebagai barang dalam Animal Crossing: New Leaf untuk 3DS. Ultra Machine juga membuat penampilan besar dalam permainan 3DS Rusty's Real Deal Baseball. Permainan ini menampilkan karakter dengan kepala berbentuk Ultra Machine, dan dalam beberapa kasus, bentuk Ultra Machine yang sebenarnya. Dalam Splatoon 2 untuk Nintendo Switch, senjata khusus Bomb Launcher juga menyerupai Ultra Machine.[5]
