Ulvophyceae atau Ulvophyta adalah kelas dari ganggang hijau. Ulva termasuk dalam kelas ini. Anggota yang cukup dikenal lainnya termasuk Ulothrix, Acetabularia, dan Caulerpa. Anggota lainnya adalah Cladophora, Rhizoclonium dan Pithophora.
