Unit 516 (第五一六部隊) adalah sebuah fasilitas senjata kimia Jepang rahasia tingkat tinggi, yang dioperasikan oleh Kempeitai, di Qiqihar, Tiongkok timur laut pada masa pendudukan Jepang. Nama Unit 516 adalah nama kode (Tsūshōgō) dari unit tersebut. Unit tersebut bernama resmi Seksi Senjata Kimia Pasukan Kwantung dan dioperasi di bawah naungan Unit 731.[1]

Sekitar 700.000 (perkiraan Jepang) sampai 2.000.000 (perkiraan Tiongkok) senjata kimia yang diproduksi oleh Jepang dikubur di Tiongkok. Sampai 1995, Jepang enggan mengakui bahwa mereka membuang senjata kimia di Sungai Nen antara Heilongjiang dan Hulunbei'er.
