Uphaar adalah sebuah film Hindi 1971. Diproduksi oleh Tarachand Barjatya untuk Rajshri Productions, film tersebut dibintangi oleh Jaya Bhaduri, Swarup Dutt dan Kamini Kaushal. Musik yang dibuat oleh Laxmikant Pyarelal. Film tersebut berdasarkan pada sebuah cerita pendek yang bernama 'Samapti' (Selesai) oleh Rabindranath Tagore. Film tersebut terpilih sebagai entri India pada Film Berbahasa Asing Terbaik di Academy Awards ke-45, tetapi tidak masuk nominasi.[1]
