Uyah-uyahan atau amis mata (latin: Ficus montana) adalah spesies tanaman ara pegunungan subtropis. Daunnya panjangnya 3 sampai 5 inci. Daunnya berbentuk seperti daun oak yang menjadi nama umumnya. Ini ditanam sebagai tanaman hias, di perkantoran dan di pusat perbelanjaan. Pertumbuhannya lambat. Sering kali tertukar dengan F. pumila quercifolia kecil, yaitu spesies merambat yang merambat di permukaan tanah. Julukan khusus Latin montana mengacu pada pegunungan atau berasal dari pegunungan.[1]
