Veii (juga disebut Veius; bahasa Italia: Veio) adalah sebuah situs Etruska yang terletak di batas selatan Etruria dan hanya sekitar 16 km di sebelah barat laut kota Roma, Italia.

Veii pernah menjadi kota terkaya di antara anggota Liga Etruska. Situs ini pernah berperang dan juga bersekutu dengan Kerajaan Romawi dan kemudian Republik Romawi dalam rentang waktu 300 tahun. Kota ini akhirnya jatuh ke tangan pasukan jenderal Camillus seusai pertempuran yang berlangsung pada tahun 396 SM. Veii masih dihuni setelah direbut oleh Romawi.

Situs ini kini merupakan daerah yang dilindungi, dan merupakan bagian dari Parco di Veio yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah daerah Lazio pada tahun 1997.[1]
