Victor Koo Wing Cheung atau Gu Yongqiang (Hanzi: 古永鏘; Pinyin: Gǔ Yǒngqiāng) adalah Presiden Sohu, Inc., mesin pencarian terbesar kedua di Tiongkok. Ia menjadi salah satu pendiri dan CEO Youku pada 2006, yang disebut "YouTube dari Tiongkok".
