Victoria Insurance merupakan perusahaan publik yang bergerak dalam bidang asuransi dan bermarkas di Jakarta, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1978.
Sejak berdiri, perusahaan beberapa kali berganti nama. Nama awal perusahaan adalah Asuransi Agung Asia hingga tahun 1989, dilanjutkan dengan Asuransi Summa hingga tahun 1993 dan terakhir Asuransi Umum Centris hingga tahun 2010.
Perusahaan mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015 dan tergabung dalam grup Victoria Investama.
