Viktor Vasilyevich Grishin (bahasa Rusia: Ви́ктор Васи́льевич Гри́шин; 18 September [K.J.: 5 September] 1914 – 25 Mei 1992) adalah seorang politikus Uni Soviet. Ia menjadi kandidat (1961–1971) dan anggota penuh (1971–1986) Politbiro Komite Pusat Partai Komunis Uni Soviet.
