Virginia Mayo (lahir Virginia Clara Jones; 30 November 1920 – 17 Januari 2005) adalah seorang aktris dan penari Amerika. Dia tampil dalam serangkaian film komedi populer bersama Danny Kaye dan menjadi bintang box office Warner Bros. terbesar pada akhir tahun 1940an.[1] Ia juga ikut membintangi film pemenang Oscar tahun 1946 The Best Years of Our Lives.[2]
