Vladimir Leonidovich Govorov (Rusia: Владимир Леонидович Говоров; 18 Oktober 1924 – 13 Agustus 2006) adalah seorang jenderal dan politikus Soviet. Ia adalah putra dari Marsekal panglima militer Soviet Leonid Govorov.^[1]
