Vladimir Igorevich Pashkov (bahasa Rusia: Владимир Игоревич Пашков; lahir 4 Februari 1961) adalah seorang pejabat Rusia yang bertindak sebagai perdana menteri Republik Rakyat Donetsk,[1] salah satu dari dua negara kuasi yang tidak diakui di Ukraina timur, dan direktur umum ZAO Vneshtorgservis, sebuah perusahaan yang biasa mengelola industri sitaan di RRD dan RRL.[2][3] Pashkov diberi sanksi oleh Departemen Keuangan Amerika Serikat pada 2018.[4] Pada Februari 2020, juru bicara presiden Rusia Vladimir Putin membantah bahwa Pashkov mewakili pemerintah Rusia.[5]

Sebelumnya, Pashkov adalah wakil gubernur Oblast Irkutsk, tetapi meninggalkan jabatannya sesaat sebelum aneksasi Rusia atas Krimea, Ukraina.[3][6]
