Vršac (bahasa Serbia: Вршац; bahasa Hungaria: Versec; bahasa Rumania: Vârşeţ, bahasa Jerman: Werschetz) ialah sebuah kota dan kotamadya di Vojvodina, Serbia, dan terletak pada koordinat geografis 45.13° LU 21.30° BT. Pada tahun 2003, jumlah penduduknya mencapai 40.000 jiwa, di mana 5.913 jiwa adalah etnis Rumania (masih dipertentangkan oleh sejumlah organisasi Rumania di Serbia). Pusat olahraga penting di Serbia, Millenium Sport Center, diresmikan di sini pada taun 2002.
