Phallostethidae, juga dikenali sebagai wasihan, (bahasa Inggris ; priapium fish) adalah keluarga ikan atheriniform yang berasal dari habitat air tawar dan payau di Asia Tenggara.

Mereka kecil, tidak lebih dari 35 cm (14 in) panjangnya, dengan badan sebagian tembus cahaya. Mereka ditemukan di air tawar dan air payau dari Thailand hingga Filipina dan Sulawesi. Mereka memiliki sebuah organ berotot yang ditemukan di bawah dagu pejantan. Organ ini, yang mungkin memiliki testis kecil, digunakan bersama dengan sirip perut untuk menggenggam betina saat kawin.
