Wikispesies (bahasa Inggris: Wikispecies) adalah sebuah proyek yang didukung oleh Yayasan Wikimedia yang bertujuan membuat portal isi bebas mengenai spesies-spesies. Wikispecies mencakup hewan, tumbuhan, jamur, bakteri dan semua makhluk hidup lainnya dan akan dikembangkan secara khusus dengan Wikipedia.
