William Anthony "Bill" Oefelein (/ˈoʊfɛlaɪn/; lahir 29 Maret 1965) adalah seorang instruktur pilot uji coba Amerika Serikat dan mantan antariksawan NASA. Dalam satu-satunya penerbangan luar angkasanya, ia mempiloti misi pesawat ulang alik STS-116.[4]
