Xu Yixin (Hanzi: 徐以新) (14 November 1911 – 30 Desember 1994) adalah seorang anggota dari 28 Bolshevik. Ia terkadang disebut sebagai Bolshevik ke-29. Karena ia memiliki pendirian antara sayap kiri sekaligus sayap kanan, kelompok tersebut terkadang disebut 28 setengah Bolshevik. Ia lahir di Provinsi Zhejiang dan dididik di Universitas Sun Yat-sen Moskwa, Uni Soviet. Ia bergabung dengan Partai Komunis Tiongkok pada 1930. Setelah pendirian Republik Rakyat Tiongkok, ia menjabat sebagai duta besar untuk Albania (1954–1957), Norwegia (1958–1962), Suriah (1962–1965) dan Pakistan (1979–1982).
