Yamaguchi Hitomi (山口 瞳, 3 November 1923 – 30 Agustus 1995) adalah seorang novelis dan pembuat esay terkenal pada zaman Shōwa di Jepang.
Yamaguchi lahir di distrik Azabu di Tokyo dari keluarga kelas pekerja.
Yamaguchi wafat pada 1995. Makamnya berada di Uraga, Yokosuka, Kanagawa.
