Yan Jinhai (Hanzi: 严金海; Tibet: ཡན་ཅིན་ཧའེ; kelahiran Maret 1962) adalah seorang politikus Tiongkok keturunan Tibet yang menjadi kepala Wilayah Otonomi Tibet, yang menjabat sejak 8 Oktober 2021.[1] Pada masa sebelumnya, ia menjabat sebagai sekretaris partai Lhasa, ibukota Wilayah Otonomi Tibet.
Ia adalah delegasi Kongres Rakyat Nasional ke-11. Ia merupakan perwakilan Kongres Nasional Partai Komunis Tiongkok ke-19 dan anggota alternatif Komite Pusat Partai Komunis Tiongkok ke-19.[2]
