Yitzhak Yosef (Ibrani: יצחק יוסף, lahir 16 Januari 1952) adalah Kepala Rabi Sefardi Israel, yang juga dikenal sebagai Rishon LeZion, rosh yeshiva Yeshivat Hazon Ovadia, dan pengarang serangkaian buku tentang hukum Yahudi yang disebut Yalkut Yosef.

Rabbi Yosef adalah putra Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, mantan Kepala Rabi Israel, dan mendasarkan aturan-aturannya pada hukum Yahudi sesuai dengan metode aturan ayahnya.[1]
