Yoko Kanno (菅野 よう子, Kanno Yōko, lahir 18 Maret 1963) adalah seorang komposer, arranger, dan musisi asal Jepang yang terkenal karena karyanya pada soundtrack anime, serial televisi, live-action, serta iklan. Dia lahir di Sendai. Meow on the Bridge (kantor musik) dan Captain Duckling Records (label musik).Dia telah menulis lagu untuk Cowboy Bebop, Darker than Black, Macross Plus, Turn A Gundam, The Vision of Escaflowne, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Wolf's Rain, Kids on the Slope, Genesis of Aquarion dan Terror in Resonance, serta telah bekerja dengan para sutradara seperti Hirokazu Kore-eda, Yoshiyuki Tomino, Shinichirō Watanabe dan Shōji Kawamori.[3] Kanno juga menggubah musik untuk musisi seperti Maaya Sakamoto dan Kyōko Koizumi. Dia juga seorang keyboardist, dan merupakan frontwoman untuk band Seatbelts yang sudah membawakan banyak komposisi dan soundtrack milik Kanno.
