Yoon Jae-chan (Hangul: 윤재찬, lahir 30 November 1999), adalah aktor dan penyanyi Korea Selatan. Ia memulai debut aktingnya pada tahun 2021, dan paling dikenal karena perannya dalam drama Twinkling Watermelon (2023) dan The Winning Try (2025). Sebelum mengejar karier aktingnya, ia berpartisipasi dalam acara kompetisi realitas Produce 101 Season 2 (2017) dan Extreme Debut: Wild Idol (2021). Ia adalah mantan anggota grup duo, XRO.
