Karier
Karier klub
Pada tahun 2016, Endo bergabung dengan Urawa Reds. Pada tahun 2025, dia pindah ke West Ham United FC.
Karier internasional
Pada tahun 2024, Endo dia menjalani debut pertamanya dalam timnas Jepang. Endo mewakili Jepang pada Kejuaraan Sepak Bola E-1 EAFF.
