Yuliya Igorevna Stepanova (née Rusanova; bahasa Rusia: Ю́лия И́горевна Степанова (Русанова); lahir 3 Juli 1986) adalah seorang atlet lari Rusia yang mengkhususkan diri dalam lomba lari 800 meter. Stepanova juga merupakan seorang informan untuk World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) tentang program doping skala besar Rusia.[2] Ia dan suaminya, Vitaly Stepanov, mengungkap perebakan doping di Rusia.
