Brigjen Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Yusrizal Koto (lahir 22 September 1955) adalah seorang mantan perwira tinggi Polri yang pernah menjabat Direktur Psiko­tropika dan Prekursor Deputi Bi­dang Pemberantasan Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN).[1]

Sebelumnya ia menjabat Kabag BIN PUAN Biro BIN Polsus PPNS SDEOPS Polri dan Kepala Biro Operasi (Karo Ops) Polda Sumbar.[1] Yusrizal mendapatkan kenaikan pangkat menjadi Brigadir Jenderal sejak bulan Juni 2012.[2]
