Zhou Jihong (Hanzi sederhana: 周继红; Hanzi tradisional: 周繼紅; Pinyin: Zhōu Jìhóng, lahir 11 Januari 1965 di Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, Tiongkok) adalah atlet loncat indah Tiongkok yang meraih medali emas nomor menara 10 meter putri pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 1984 di Los Angeles, sekaligus menjadi peraih medali emas Olimpiade pertama Tiongkok untuk cabang loncat indah.[1]
Pada tahun 1998, ia menjadi pemimpin tim loncat indah Tiongkok.[1] Zhou menikah dengan Tian Bingyi, mantan pemain ganda bulu tangkis Tiongkok yang menjadi pelatih kepala tim nasional bulu tangkis Tiongkok.
