Ziyadat Allah II bin Muhammad (bahasa Arab: أبو محمد زيادة الله بن محمد) adalah emir Aghlabiyyah ketujuh dari Ifriqiyah, yang memerintah dari tanggal 28 Desember 863 hingga kematiannya pada tanggal 23 Desember 864.[1]

Ziyadat Allah memerintah Ifriqiyah selama ketidakstabilan ekstrem di Kekhalifahan Abbasiyah. Ia menggantikan saudaranya, Ahmad, dan digantikan oleh putra Ahmad, Muhammad II.[1]
