3shape Holding A/S er en international dansk udvikler og producent af 3D tand- og mundscannere samt tilhørende software til brug i tandlægebranchen.[1] Virksomheden har hovedkvarter i København, hvor den blev etableret i 1999 af Tais Clausen og Nikolaj Hoffmann Deichmann. I 2005 lancerede de deres første dental-scanner. I 2024 omsatte 3shape Holding A/S for 3,317 mia. kroner, og de havde 2.197 ansatte i 29 lande.[2] I 2022 blev 20 % af virksomheden opkøbt af kapitalfonden EQT, mens de to stiftere ejer den resterende del af aktierne. Opkøbet var til pris, der gav 3shape Holding en værdiansættelse på 26 mia. kroner.[3][4]
