Hamilton Academical F.C. (normalt bare kendt som Hamilton Academical) er en skotsk fodboldklub fra byen Hamilton. Klubben spiller i landets bedste liga, den skotske Premier League, og har hjemmebane på New Douglas Park. Klubben blev grundlagt i 1874.

Den danske landsholdsspiller Børge Thorup spillede i klubben i 1969.
