Jack In The Box er det andet studiealbum af den danske musikgruppe Inside The Whale. Jack In The Box blev udgivet den 23. juli 1995, og blev deres sidste album på engelsk. Musikken var mere fast til en genre og var mere seriøs end deres første album In Nature's Uniform (1994). Der blev lavet to musik videoer til albummet som er "Into Your Arms" og "Sweet Simplicity". og i øvrigt blev ''Into Your Arms'' videoen også nomineret til en dansk grammy i 1996. Pigen på album coveret er Marlene Svop.
